Although it's nice to be able to launch an internet business all by yourself, there will come a time when you will need to bring in team members to help take your business to the next level.

When I first started out with my internet businesses, I did everything myself. From marketing to creating banner ads and writing content - I was a one-woman show. However, I've reached a point where it's become very overwhelming to manage a whole blog network and make it successful. I place emphasis on providing valuable content for my readers and I can't do it all by myself. Between my freelance writing business and writing on all the different blogs I own, there just isn't any time to do other activities like design and marketing.
