Customer Service Carnivale logoWelcome to the Customer Service Carnivale! I wanted a change of scenery, so to speak, so instead of hosting it at my customer service blog, I've decided to do it here! I want my readers to realize that even though you have an online business, you still have to give good customer service. You can't hide behind your computer if a customer has a complaint about your business ;)

  • GP has many inspirational thoughts in the post, Fueling the Fire of Passion posted at Innside Montana-Your Home at the Range. I like this little tidbit: "Persistence . No such thing as “giving up” in a successful person’s mind. Just like the Energizer Bunny, they keep going and going. As they say, success is 98% showing up, 2% talent." Customers love people who are persistent in helping them solve their problems!
  • Here's another post by GP that I love, Riding Lessons. All these lessons can be applied to people (customers) as well!
